Description

Lead a team of network engineers to manage, configure, and resolve complex network incidents and escalations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of network engineers and coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and support staff to resolve issues.
• Install, configure, and manage network devices including firewalls, load balancers, routers, switches, WLC, APs, and IPS systems.
• Troubleshoot technically complicated network issues and evaluate logs from P1, P2, and P3 tickets to provide solutions.
• Maintain network documentation and diagrams using Visio software.
• Execute migration activities, firmware updates, and certificate installations while managing incidents and service requests in accordance with service level agreements.

Required Skills

• Practical expertise with routing and switching protocols and complex data center environments.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco R&S, Cisco ASA, Firepower, and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Proficiency in MS Azure, including Azure Application Gateway, Azure firewalls, and Site-to-Site VPN.
• Experience configuring F5 BIG-IP (iRules, Policy, Local Traffic, Pool, Virtual Server, and LB Methodology).
• Knowledge of SDWAN technology and Meraki switches.
• Experience with Network Security including IPS/IDS, DDoS, NAT, SSLVPN, and IPsec VPN.
• Competency in managing DNS servers and records.
• Mandatory CCNA and CCNA Security certifications.
• Ability to work rotational shifts.

Preferred Skills

• CCNP certification.
• Experience with McAfee Network Security IPS, Cisco ISE, and Riverbed Steelhead.
