Role Summary
   
We are seeking a Lead Network Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in data centre networking and security technologies to deliver and operate critical infrastructure. This role follows the “You deploy, you run” model—meaning you will implement solutions and support them in production. Responsibilities include preparing Low Level Designs (LLDs) from High Level Designs (HLDs), executing deployments, managing incidents, and ensuring operational stability. You will also work closely with business and technical teams to communicate progress, risks, and outcomes throughout the project lifecycle and BAU operations.

Key Responsibilities: 
 

Direct Responsibilities

• Architect multi agent systems: Design patterns for orchestration, memory management, and tool integration using frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI.
• Develop and deploy GenAI agents for tasks such as: Requirement validation and autocorrection Test strategy and scenario generation Automation script generation and self-healing Data synthesis and performance planning
• Integrate with enterprise platforms: Ensure compatibility with workflow tools, CI/CD pipelines, and observability dashboards.
• Implement security and governance: Role based access control, audit logging, and responsible AI guardrails.
• Optimize performance and cost: Reduce token usage, latency, and operational overhead through prompt engineering and caching strategies.
• Mentor teams on GenAI architecture, prompt design, and best practices.
• Hands on experience with LangChain/CrewAI, Python/TypeScript, and API integrations.
• Strong knowledge of cloud native architecture (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Familiarity with RBAC, security frameworks, and compliance standards.
• Knowledge of vector databases (PGVector, Pinecone) and hybrid RAG strategies.
• Apply banking grade security controls (OWASP, encryption, role based access, audit logging) and guarantee compliance with GDPR and internal AI governance policies.
• Present technical designs, progress and risk assessments to senior stakeholders (Paris & India leads) and incorporate their feedback iteratively.
• Produce run books, API specifications (Open API/Swagger) and hand over artefacts for BAU support.

Technical & Behavioural Competencies

• Core Languages: Expert level Python 3.9+ or Java 17+ (Spring Boot).
• AI/ML: Proven experience building agentic / LLM driven pipelines (OpenAI, Llama, or internally hosted models); prompt engineering and RAG.
• Micro services: Design of REST/GraphQL APIs, event driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Data Stores: MongoDB (or equivalent NoSQL) + vector DB integration.
• Testing: pytest / unittest, JUnit, MockMVC, contract testing (Pact).
• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes (Helm), GitLab CI/CD.
• Security: OWASP top 10, JWT/OAuth2, encryption at rest & in flight, audit logging. Payment system or compliance system domain knowledge.

 
Good to have

• Cloud platforms and serverless runtimes.
• Front end basics (Angular 2+ / TypeScript) for simple monitoring UI.
• Hexagonal / Clean architecture, DDD, event sourcing principles.
• Knowledge of Web security principles (OWASP, Auth double factor, encryption, etc.)
• Knowledge of hexagonal architecture, event-oriented architecture and DDD
• Knowledge of Cloud is a plus
