Description

Lead network operations and provide high-level technical support for global enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting efforts across Enterprise LAN, DC-LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments.
• Manage a network team and provide Level 3 and Level 4 support for incident and change management.
• Design and implement MOPs, SOPs, and change management processes.
• Perform network device upgrades, performance tuning, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert and single point of contact for specific network products.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Expertise in Juniper routing and switching.
• Hands-on experience with Aruba wireless solutions.
• Proficiency with F5 or Citrix server load balancers.
• Working knowledge of SDWAN, Cloud Networking, MPLS, DMVPN, and QoS.
• Deep understanding of DHCP, DNS, and IPAM.
• Technical expertise in IPsec, VPNs, GRE, and NAT/PAT.
• Advanced routing protocol knowledge including RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, and ISIS.
• Switching expertise in VLAN, Trunking, Dot1.X, STP, HSRP, VRRP, and VTP.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing 24x7 NOC support for distributed global data centers.
