Description

You lead network engineering efforts across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage network, telecom, and internet activities to meet customer SLAs.
• Proactively manage the network using monitoring tools.
• Administer telecom equipment, manage service procurement, and maintain software licenses.
• Analyze network traffic and bandwidth usage to size backbone connections correctly.
• Support SDWAN infrastructure and collaborate with third-party vendors on implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience, including 3 years in Telecom or network operations.
• Experience supporting Cisco Switching and Routing, Meraki Wireless, and Palo Firewalls.
• Proficiency with Unix/Linux environments.
• Knowledge of routing protocols and VPN technologies (GRE/IPSec).
• Experience with network monitoring and Network Configuration Management (NCM).
• Familiarity with NAC tools (Cisco ISE, PortNox).
• Experience with Cloud Networking, specifically Azure.
• Ability to create and maintain network diagrams using Visio or similar tools.
