Description

Lead the design, implementation, and support of cloud network infrastructure, identity management, and employee productivity tools. Balance hands-on engineering with strategic leadership to drive reliability and security across the IT ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain secure cloud, Wi-Fi, and VPN solutions for a global workforce.
• Lead Okta SSO integrations, lifecycle management, MFA enforcement, and security best practices.
• Oversee implementation and support of productivity tools (Slack, M365, Zoom) for seamless user experience.
• Partner with InfoSec to enforce policies, manage endpoint protections, and maintain SOC 2/ISO 27001 compliance.
• Develop automation scripts and monitoring systems to proactively resolve infrastructure issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in IT infrastructure with 2+ years in a lead role.
• Expertise in AWS, Cisco Meraki, SD-WAN, and VPNs.
• Proficiency with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with Okta for identity and access management.
• Advanced endpoint provisioning using Kandji or Atomix for Mac/Windows.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for L3 escalations and SaaS administration.

Preferred Skills

• Industry certifications such as CCNP, AWS Solutions Architect, or Okta Certified Professional.
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM best practices.
