Description

You will serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert for enterprise network and security operations, leading a team of 6–7 offshore engineers. You own the technical strategy, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management for routing, switching, firewalls, and load balancers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 6–7 offshore engineers, ensuring timely resolution of complex network issues.
• Execute hands-on configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting for Cisco, FTD, FMC, ASA, ISE, Umbrella, and AnyConnect.
• Manage ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Requests, while participating in CAB meetings.
• Collaborate with client engineering teams to shape enterprise network strategy and coordinate with vendors like AT&T for escalations.
• Provide telecom support, including IP/Teams phones, GTC, and call quality troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise networking and security operations.
• Deep technical proficiency in Routing, Switching, Firewalls, and Load Balancers.
• Hands-on expertise with Cisco ecosystem tools: FTD, FMC, ASA, ISE, Umbrella, and AnyConnect.
• Strong command of WAN/LAN management and ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, SR).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with external service providers.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with client engineering teams and stakeholders.
