Description

You will serve as the Observability Subject Matter Expert, owning end-to-end monitoring configuration and log aggregation for products and applications.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy monitoring tools for application and infrastructure resources.
• Implement log aggregation strategies and manage monitoring policies.
• Integrate observability stacks with service management platforms.
• Own the full observability setup lifecycle for assigned products and apps.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in engineering roles.
• Expertise in OpenTelemetry.
• Deep knowledge of Prometheus.
• Proficiency with Grafana Loki.
• Experience integrating monitoring tools with ServiceNow.
• Experience with Amdocs.
• Experience with Cramer.
• Proven ability to create and run monitoring policies for app and infra resources.
• Any Graduate degree.
