Description

You will own the monitoring and telemetry strategy for products and applications, acting as the Observability Subject Matter Expert.

Responsibilities

• Configure and set up monitoring tools for applications and infrastructure resources.
• Implement log aggregation and observability patterns using OpenTelemetry.
• Create and execute monitoring policies for infrastructure and application resources.
• Manage reporting and alerting workflows to ensure system visibility.
• Integrate observability data with service management platforms.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in OpenTelemetry.
• Hands-on experience with Prometheus.
• Proficiency with Grafana Loki for log management.
• Experience with log aggregation and monitoring policy creation.
• Knowledge of service management integration including ServiceNow, Amdocs, or Cramer.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating monitoring tools with Amdocs or Cramer.
