Description

Lead onshore full-stack development efforts, oversee the offshore team, and contribute directly to code delivery and quality.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the offshore development team to ensure collaboration and high-quality delivery.
• Assess, evaluate, and hire new offshore technical personnel to maintain engineering standards.
• Contribute to full-stack development while setting and enforcing coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct in-depth code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance.
• Monitor progress and track deliverables to ensure alignment with architecture and deadlines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Expertise in React.js for front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for back-end services.
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Understanding of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience with cloud computing concepts.
