Description

You will manage L2 support operations and ensure infrastructure stability for production environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 technical support for production systems and resolve incidents.
• Execute change management processes using CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage SSL certificates and address vulnerability management requirements.
• Monitor system health using observability tools to maintain service reliability.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of technical support experience.
• Proficiency with Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB.
• Strong Linux/Unix scripting skills.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Harness.
• Exposure to observability tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, or Grafana.
• Experience with SSL certificate management.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
