Description

You will own the design and delivery of enterprise data solutions, including building data lakes and optimizing database performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of complex data engineering projects.
• Build and maintain data lakes capable of supporting high-speed end-user querying.
• Develop and manage data pipelines using modern data technologies.
• Tune and optimize relational database performance through SQL and stored procedures.
• Convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience building enterprise data solutions.
• 4+ years of experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Expertise with Spark, Databricks, and Kafka.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server or similar relational databases.
• Experience utilizing the Microsoft ETL stack, including SSIS and Azure Data Factory.
• Expertise in SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CI/CD (e.g., Azure pipelines) and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
• Experience with Healthcare Information exchange standards (HL7, X12 EDI, FHIR).
