You will lead technical implementation and configuration for Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS/HCM.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Oracle HRMS/HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, and Self-Service.
• Develop custom solutions using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflows, and XML Publisher.
• Design and implement interfaces between EBS HRMS/HCM modules and external systems.
• Troubleshoot system errors and provide technical support to ensure optimal module performance.
• Participate in system testing, UAT, and performance tuning for HRMS/HCM solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS/HCM modules.
• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, and XML Publisher.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle HRMS/HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service, and Recruiting.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations with third-party systems.
• Familiarity with Custom Interfaces, Data Migration, and reporting tools within EBS.
• Understanding of HR business processes including payroll, recruitment, and benefits.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
