Description

Lead the design, architecture, and development of custom Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) plugins and external applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of custom plugins using the OFSC Plugin Framework and RESTful APIs.
• Configure OFSC screen configurations, user types, and properties to support plugin functionality.
• Implement security measures including OAuth 2.0 flows, CORS policies, and secure API consumption.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deployment of plugin code.
• Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for code reviews and version control.

Required Skills

• Minimum 7 years of professional web development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining OFSC plugins.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or Oracle JET.
• Strong understanding of web security, including OAuth 2.0, CORS, and token management.
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs and working with Node.js and npm.
• Proven ability to develop applications for mobile contexts via the OFSC app.
• Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java and Python.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
