You will lead the implementation, maintenance, and support of Oracle EBS and Cloud HCM applications and associated business processes.
Responsibilities
Analyze customer requests for business system enhancements and define both short-term and long-term strategic solutions.
Design and implement complex cross-functional solutions impacting multiple application modules, processes, and custom integrations.
Configure and maintain production and non-production environments to support development and user acceptance testing.
Develop functional specifications for mappings, interfaces, procedures, and scheduled jobs.
Manage project plans, identify risks, and ensure the on-time delivery of major milestones through the IT project lifecycle.
Provide production support for HCM modules, including monitoring and resolving issues with internal and external interfaces like carrier benefits or payroll.
Required Skills
10+ years of functional experience with Oracle HCM products.
Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules including Benefits, Core HR, Performance, Learning, and Compensation Workbench.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) for in-app reporting.
Experience with Oracle R12 HCM modules to support integrations with legacy on-premise systems.
Strong understanding of the IT Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex IT initiatives simultaneously within defined scopes and budgets.
Experience developing functional specifications and training materials for business users.
Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
