Description

Lead the implementation, maintenance, and support of Oracle EBS and Cloud HCM applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business system enhancement requests and define strategic solutions.
• Design and implement cross-functional solutions across multiple application modules and custom integrations.
• Configure and maintain production and non-production environments for development and testing.
• Develop functional specifications for mappings, interfaces, procedures, and scheduled jobs.
• Manage project plans, identify risks, and ensure on-time delivery of major milestones.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of functional experience with Oracle HCM products.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules: Benefits, Core HR, Performance, Learning, and Compensation Workbench.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) for in-app reporting.
• Experience with Oracle R12 HCM modules to support integrations with legacy on-premise systems.
• Strong understanding of IT Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex IT initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience developing functional specifications and training materials for business users.
