Role Overview:

This role involves leading the implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, designing and deploying AI-powered HR solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance employee experiences and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Design and deploy AI-powered HR solutions to enhance employee experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and configure workflows.
• Develop dashboards and analytics solutions for workforce planning.
• Mentor junior consultants and support change management activities.
• Guide best practices in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, particularly Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.
• Experience with AI technologies like Oracle AI Agents and Digital Assistants.
• Proficiency in technical skills such as Oracle Integration Cloud and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for effective collaboration.
• A solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes.

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience.
• Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of LLMs and enterprise GenAI architecture.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI and OCI AI Services.
• Familiarity with HR analytics and predictive workforce planning.
• Exposure to various industry environments like Healthcare, Financial Services, or Retail sectors.
• Familiarity with Generative AI solutions and conversational AI platforms.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery environments.
• Understanding of Oracle Analytics Cloud
