Description

You will lead the design and implementation of Oracle Integration Cloud solutions specifically for Oracle HCM modules.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement OIC integration solutions using pre-built adapters, REST/SOAP web services, FBDI, and HDL.
• Orchestrate interfaces between systems and handle complex data transformations.
• Implement fault handling and error resolution mechanisms for all integrations.
• Develop customizations using Visual Builder, APEX, or VBCS.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation and coordinate with Oracle support to resolve complex issues via SR.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience with a focus on OIC integrations.
• Techno-functional expertise in Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence, and OTL.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation.
• Proficiency with Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) database.
• Experience configuring OIC connections including SOAP, REST, and FTP.
• Proven ability to complete at least two full project lifecycles as an independent contributor.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical presentation.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HCM Extracts and BI Reports.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira.
