You will develop and implement payroll policies to enable country-specific client configurations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop payroll policies for existing feature changes and new feature development using an Online Editor.
• Analyze and document the impact of policy changes on downstream processes, statutory legislation, and current clients.
• Test policy logic within IntelliJ repositories and validate PI services and instance values.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to clarify requirements, raise technical concerns, and implement changes.
• Manage code repositories and create component instance tests to ensure policy accuracy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of dedicated US-based payroll policy experience.
• Hands-on experience with one or more payroll systems: Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or GlobalView.
• Advanced Excel skills, including the use of macros for policy testing.
• Experience developing Inference SBEs, rules, and validations.
• Ability to perform end-to-end testing of payroll policy logic.
• Experience managing code repositories during the development lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Formal education in software programming.
