Lead a team of Pega application support engineers to maintain production stability and manage daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Pega application support engineers in daily operations.
• Monitor production environments using Tableau dashboards and Kibana/Elastic Search log analysis.
• Manage Pega QP (Quick Processor), JS (Job Scheduler), and PDC Alerts (Pega Diagnostic Center) for reflows.
• Create alerts for spikes to ensure proactive production monitoring.
• Execute complex SQL queries and manage Oracle DB tasks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Pega application support experience.
• Deep expertise in Pega QP, JS (Job Scheduler), and PDC Alerts.
• Hands-on experience with Kibana and Elastic Search for log analysis.
• Proficiency in POSTMAN for API testing and validation.
• Advanced SQL query writing and Oracle Database knowledge.
• Experience with Pega Case Management and Decisioning.
• Ability to monitor and interpret Tableau dashboards.

Preferred Skills

• Pega PRPC Case Mgmt certification.
