Description

You will provide technical leadership for major departments and guide strategic application development decisions across finance, HR, payroll, and supply chain functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and implement enterprise-wide systems using diagramming tools to represent business and technical processes.
• Develop test plans, protocols, and conversion plans to ensure system performance and successful implementation.
• Direct studies of potential electronic data processing applications and prepare design proposals regarding cost and timing.
• Recommend improvements to development, maintenance, and system standards while coordinating upgrade activities.

Required Skills

• Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) or Pega LSA (Lead System Architect) certification.
• 5+ years of professional experience with Pega.
• Strong experience with Java.
• Expertise in Oracle and PL/SQL.
• Experience using Splunk.
• Experience with monitoring and automation tools.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
