Key Responsibilities

• Lead Pega architecture and Enterprise-Class Design (ECD) efforts, including application layer design and rule resolution strategy.
• Design and implement case management, flow design, data pages, and background processing (job schedulers and queue processors).
• Drive integrations using REST, SOAP and streaming technologies such as Kafka; design robust data models for ingestion and processing.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks and DevOps practices for Pega deployments.
• Provide production support, perform log analysis, and execute platform upgrades and migrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience with strong Pega PRPC expertise; experience as a Senior Technical Lead or similar role.
• Advanced Pega certifications preferred (e.g., CSSA, LSA) and demonstrable experience with Pega 8.x upgrades or migrations.
• Proficient in integrations (REST, SOAP, Kafka), data modeling and rule resolution at enterprise scale.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks and platform support processes.
• Strong communication skills, leadership experience and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
