Description

Lead the technical implementation of decisioning solutions and own the enhancement roadmap. Direct design, coding, and debugging in Pega and associated software languages.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the implementation of the decisioning logic enhancement roadmap.
• Direct technical design, coding, and debugging of applications in Pega and various software languages.
• Manage the full life cycle software development process for internal and external applications.
• Drive continuous improvement of decisioning logic and maintain compliance standards.
• Coach and mentor the Pega Program team and other employees.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub.
• Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is required.
• Expertise in PegaRULES engine and Pega Customer Decision Hub (version 8.5 and above).
• Experience with Next Best Action Designer implementation.
• 8+ years of programming and software development life cycle experience (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
• Strong understanding of Pega Financial Services (FS) Frameworks and Decisioning Engine applications.
• Proficiency in performance tuning and PRPC.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Lead Pega Decisioning Consultant certification.
• Experience with legacy transformation projects using Pega CDH.
