Description

Lead technical systems analysis, design, and development for Pega-based business systems. Manage the full software development life cycle for internal and external applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions using Pega FS Frameworks and Decisioning Engine applications.
• Integrate Pega systems with existing software and enterprise architectures.
• Collaborate with QA, Release Management, Infrastructure, and Project Management teams.
• Provide technical coaching and mentoring to the Pega Program team and other staff.
• Maintain and optimize technical systems analysis workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• 8+ years of experience in software development life cycles including Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum.
• Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.
• Expertise in Pega Rules, BPM, and Customer Decision Hub.
• Strong understanding of technical systems analysis and maintenance.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Lead Pega Decisioning Consultant certification.
• Experience with legacy transformation projects using Pega CDH.
