Description

You will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable Pega solutions for a banking environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end Pega application architecture aligned with business and IT strategy.
• Guide development teams through implementation, technical oversight, and mentorship.
• Translate business requirements into Pega workflows and case management solutions.
• Design integrations between Pega, core banking systems, APIs, and third-party applications.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and enforce best practices.

Required Skills

• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification.
• 5+ years of experience in Pega development.
• Expertise in Pega PRPC, case management, decisioning, and BPM.
• Proficiency with SOAP/REST APIs, MQ, and Kafka.
• Experience with cloud deployment on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial services or banking domain.
