Lead Pega Developer

You will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of end-to-end Pega applications within a banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Define scalable and secure Pega application architectures aligned with business and IT strategy.
• Lead development teams through technical oversight, mentorship, and code reviews.
• Translate business requirements into Pega workflows, case management, and automation solutions.
• Design integrations between Pega and core banking systems, APIs, and third-party applications.
• Oversee solution deployment, performance tuning, and production rollouts.

Required Skills

• PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification.
• Extensive expertise in Pega PRPC, case management, decisioning, and BPM.
• Proficiency with SOAP/REST APIs, MQ, and Kafka.
• Experience with cloud deployment platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• 20+ years of professional experience.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial services or banking domain.
