Description

You will lead the solution design and development of enterprise applications for commercial insurance underwriting systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and development to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Translate business stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and implement large-scale enterprise applications.
• Create and maintain detailed design documents, including class structures, data models, and process flows.
• Develop high-performance, secure APIs and manage queue-based, API-based, and file-based integrations.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in IT application solution design and development.
• Deep expertise in Pega products and Pega UX frameworks, specifically Theme Cosmos.
• Knowledge of Pega Constellation.
• Experience with commercial insurance underwriting systems and policy life cycle management.
• Proficiency in developing secure APIs.
• Experience with enterprise application integration methodologies (queue, API, and file-based).
• Understanding of commercial insurance industry trends and tools.
