You will lead the PEGA team, providing technical guidance and overseeing the full project lifecycle from requirements to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and provide technical direction on PEGA solutions.
• Oversee the project lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
• Design and develop stories using established best practices.
• Coordinate with architects on project delivery and foster client relationships.
• Translate business needs into PEGA solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in PEGA development and implementation.
• Certified Lead PEGA Senior System Architect.
• Strong knowledge of PEGA PRPC, Case Management, Rules, and UI Design.
• Experience with CI/CP Pipelines for code deployment.
• Proficiency in integrating external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Expertise in PEGA Development architecture and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
