Description

Lead the design and development of complex Pega applications using Constellation UX and modular design principles for BCM and Insurance workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define reusable components and frameworks that support product lifecycles.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to align technical solutions with business goals in financial services and insurance.
• Mentor development teams and conduct design and code reviews with a focus on domain-specific compliance and scalability.
• Ensure seamless integration with external systems such as payment gateways, trading platforms, and insurance data providers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Pega development experience.
• Minimum 3 years as a Lead System Architect.
• Pega CLSA certification is mandatory.
• Deep knowledge of Pega Infinity features including Constellation, DX API, and DevOps pipelines.
• Experience with Common Data Model and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BCM and Insurance domain workflows.
