Description

You will lead the administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of PeopleSoft application systems within high-availability, multi-instance environments.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and administer PeopleSoft 9.x installs across all tiers in Oracle Linux and WebLogic hosting environments.
• Troubleshoot technical problems within PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA), including Oracle databases, Tuxedo application servers on Unix, and WebLogic configurations.
• Manage PeopleSoft security components and perform installs, configurations, and troubleshooting for Search Framework (Elasticsearch).
• Collaborate with Infrastructure teams to deliver stable, secure services and assist with capacity planning, disaster recovery, and load balancing.
• Execute PeopleTools and Application upgrades while maintaining multiple PeopleSoft and PeopleTools versions simultaneously.

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA).
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud and Azure cloud.
• Experience with SQL Server database administration.
• Proficiency in Shell Scripting for automation and file transfers.
• Expertise in troubleshooting Oracle databases, Tuxedo on Unix, and process schedulers on Unix and NT.
• Ability to assist Oracle DBAs with backups, refreshes, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of Java, WebLogic, and Tuxedo security vulnerability mitigation.
• Experience managing multiple PeopleSoft versions and PeopleTools releases.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• LDAP/LDAPS integration with Single Sign-On products like Okta.
• Conceptual understanding of Oracle Database technologies.
