Description

Architect and deliver technical solutions for complex PeopleSoft business requirements, leading development and support efforts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design supportable technical solutions for complex business requirements.
• Develop customizations and production enhancements using Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, and Application Packages.
• Manage Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, and REST/SOAP web services for system integrations.
• Triage and debug issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions for existing customizations.
• Lead teams, mentor developers, and manage PeopleSoft upgrades, PUM updates, and migration activities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in PeopleSoft development and support.
• Strong proficiency with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Integration Broker.
• Expertise in PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions modules.
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services and API integrations.
• Strong SQL and Oracle database development skills.
• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, PUM updates, and migration activities.
• Knowledge of Application Packages, Fluid UI, and Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Cloud integration and modernization initiatives.
• Exposure to PeopleSoft Fluid development and mobile-friendly solutions.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
