Description

Lead hands-on development and implementation of change requests in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, focusing on General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Assets. You will own custom bolt-on development and advanced functionality enhancements while collaborating with business partners and systems analysts to design technical solutions and estimate efforts.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex hands-on development for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 modules including GL, AP, Purchasing, and Assets.
• Lead custom PeopleSoft bolt-on development and implement advanced functionality enhancements.
• Review business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to design technical solutions and estimate work efforts.
• Manage PeopleSoft upgrades, patching, and code retrofitting processes.
• Optimize performance tuning and batch process efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
• Strong expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Assets modules.
• Proficiency with PeopleTools 8.6X or higher.
• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, patching, and code retrofit.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with web service integrations, Kafka, Kubernetes, or Snowflake.
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba P2P integrations.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
