Lead performance engineering initiatives for distributed systems, optimizing throughput and latency while integrating testing into DevOps pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance engineering efforts across distributed architectures.
• Consult on architectural decisions to optimize system throughput and latency.
• Integrate performance testing into existing DevOps pipelines.
• Communicate technical performance findings and strategy to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• 6+ years of dedicated experience as a Performance Engineer.
• Extensive experience with Kafka.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS.
• Proven expertise in DevOps practices.
• Ability to work on-site in Dallas, TX.
• Strong communication skills for a lead consultant role.
