You will lead performance testing efforts to ensure system scalability, efficiency, and reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement performance testing frameworks and architectures.
• Develop automated test scenarios and environments for performance testing.
• Analyze test results, identify underlying causes of performance issues, and coordinate bug fixes with development teams.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and activity tracking while mentoring junior test engineers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development or testing.
• 5+ years of dedicated software testing experience.
• 4+ years of experience using Apache JMeter.
• 3+ years of proficiency in performance testing.
• 3+ years of experience with Silk Performer or LoadRunner.
• 2+ years of experience in a lead role.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to create test summary reports for management review.
• Experience suggesting new tools and techniques to improve test efficiency.
