Description

Lead performance testing strategies for cloud-native applications, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing system performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance test plans for cloud-native environments.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and collaborate with development teams to optimize applications.
• Develop and maintain performance testing scripts and automation frameworks.
• Monitor production application performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Mentor junior engineers and present detailed findings to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing with a focus on cloud-native applications.
• Proficiency with JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner.
• Strong understanding of AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Datadog, Dynatrace, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
