Description

You will lead the development and execution of performance test plans for Warehouse Controls Systems (WCS) and their integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute performance tests to evaluate response times, scalability, and reliability.
• Identify and isolate performance bottlenecks, application vulnerabilities, and resource constraints.
• Configure and maintain performance testing environments, tools, and infrastructure.
• Automate performance tests to support CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with architecture teams to define performance requirements and success criteria.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Proficiency with JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
• Experience with Python, Ruby, or Perl scripting.
• Familiarity with Java programming.
• Understanding of event-driven architecture and microservices.
• Knowledge of web services and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Jenkins and Grafana plugins for performance measurement.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Experience with PLCs, barcode scanners, AGVs, AMRs, or conveyor-related controls.
