Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive performance strategies across applications, APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of enterprise-grade software platforms through advanced engineering practices.
• Work on complex technology environments involving cloud services, automation, and modern architectures.
• Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to identify bottlenecks and improve system efficiency.
• Embed performance testing into development and deployment processes to build high-quality products.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering.
• Hands-on expertise in Performance Testing and Load Testing.
• Proficiency in API Testing and Database Performance analysis.
• Experience with Cloud Services and Automation tools.
• Solid understanding of System Architecture and Distributed Systems.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise-grade software platforms.
• Knowledge of modern software architectures.
