Description

You will lead the development and execution of performance tests to verify the technical performance and operational quality of Warehouse Controls Systems (WCS) software and its integration with third-party systems and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute performance tests to evaluate response times, scalability, and reliability under various scenarios.
• Identify and isolate performance bottlenecks, application vulnerabilities, and resource constraints.
• Automate performance tests to support continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Configure and maintain performance testing environments, tools, and infrastructure.
• Monitor application performance and generate detailed reports with documented results and optimization recommendations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Proficiency with JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Ruby, or Perl.
• Experience with Java programming.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and microservices.
• Experience with web services and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with load balancing, server tuning, and database optimization.
• Proficiency using Jenkins and Grafana plugins for performance measurement and report automation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PLCs, barcode scanners, Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs).
