Description

Lead performance testing for large-scale web and microservices architectures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the full performance testing lifecycle, including estimation, design, and test execution.
• Build accurate workload models to simulate production traffic and identify test environment requirements.
• Prepare large data sets for distributed, high-throughput testing scenarios.
• Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks and communicate findings to development teams.
• Provide actionable corrective recommendations to resolve discovered performance issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing complex web and microservices projects.
• 2+ years in a lead role requiring minimal supervision.
• Hands-on experience testing Java applications using JMeter.
• Proficiency in container orchestration tools including Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Experience working within AWS environments.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Strong Java programming skills.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Groovy and JavaScript.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
