You will lead performance testing efforts while maintaining hands-on execution capability.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a performance test team.
• Design and execute performance tests covering complex end-to-end flows.
• Define performance monitoring requirements and set alert thresholds using APM tools.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive issues to timely closure with stakeholders.
• Manage project priorities and deadlines while ensuring quality deliverables.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of progressive performance testing experience in waterfall, agile, and hybrid models.
• Expert proficiency in Test Plan creation, Workload Model design, Test Scenario Design, and Defect Management.
• Hands-on experience with load emulation tools: LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, CloudTest.
• Strong performance testing background with Java EE, .NET, Web Services, Micro Services, SQL, and NoSQL.
• Experience testing both on-premise and cloud solutions (GCP/Azure/AWS).
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to conduct performance testing within a retail domain (eCommerce, Order Management, Supply Chain).
