Description

You will lead performance testing efforts to ensure system reliability and quality across complex, integrated application environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop testing strategies and plans by analyzing specific system needs.
• Review and approve test plans, scenarios, and scripts covering database impacts and software scenarios.
• Collaborate with QA Analysts and Developers to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
• Deliver testing solutions that meet project milestones and quality standards.
• Coach and mentor team members while providing testing management for ongoing projects.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience leading quality assurance projects or programs.
• At least 3 years of hands-on performance testing experience.
• Proficiency in performance testing scripting, analysis, and recommendations using Performance Center.
• Experience working within complex, integrated application environments.
• Ability to document technical reports for business stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing database impacts and software scenarios within test plans.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HP LoadRunner.
• Experience with Dynatrace.
