Description

You will lead performance testing efforts, managing project analysis, resource assignments, and team alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and conduct hands-on performance testing activities.
• Review and guide performance test plans and strategies.
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in performance test requirements and align the team.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Performance Testing.
• Expertise with LoadRunner, JMeter, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
• Proficiency in scripting using VUGen and JMeter.
• Proven leadership managing a team of performance testers.
• Strong analytical skills, including heap and thread dump analysis.
• Solid understanding of software development and architecture.
• Experience with Java and .NET.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and capacity monitoring.
