Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance scalable, high-performance web applications using php and modern front-end technologies.
• Lead technical design and architecture decisions, ensuring alignment with platform strategy and long-term maintainability.
• Own backend system reliability and performance by identifying bottlenecks, resolving defects, and improving system efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps to deliver features end-to-end, including integration and release readiness.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce secure coding standards, and mentor engineers to improve engineering quality and delivery.

Skills Required:

• 7 - 12 years of experience in backend or full-stack development, including php leadership experience.
• PHP development with Symfony, React.js and strong OOP and secure coding practices.
• symfony framework experience for building and maintaining enterprise-grade backend services.
• reactjs front-end development experience, including component-based UI development and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• API and backend service development experience with a strong testing mindset and CI/CD-aligned SDLC practices.

Good to Have:

• Mvc architecture experience.
• Aws cloud exposure.
• Oops concepts and patterns applied in production systems.
• Postgresql database experience.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
