Description

Lead the administration, configuration, and migration of Ping Identity solutions across on-prem and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingDirectory across multiple environments.
• Manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) implementations and upgrade components to the latest versions.
• Develop and manage Token Generators and Token Processors within PingFederate.
• Orchestrate identity flows using PingOne DaVinci.
• Migrate Ping platforms from on-premises infrastructure to cloud container models in GCP or Kubernetes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Access Management and Identity solutions.
• Deep expertise in PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, and PingOne.
• 2-3 years of recent, non-support focused experience specifically with PingFederate.
• Hands-on experience with OAuth 2.0, SAML, SSO, and LDAP directories.
• Proficiency with Splunk and Dynatrace for monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Experience deploying products in GCP or Kubernetes environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for complex identity issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python or PowerShell scripting.
• Knowledge of other Identity Management systems.
