Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of test automation frameworks.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain tools for test data management and infrastructure.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
• Analyze and resolve complex problems, performance bottlenecks, and quality gaps.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to configure scalable test environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in test automation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, quality engineering, or DevSecOps.
• Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience with test automation frameworks including Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of DevOps concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API automation.
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.
