Description

You own the design, operation, and maintenance of secure cloud and managed hosting platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain secure cloud and managed hosting platforms for production use.
• Build and automate PaaS-style capabilities to support development teams.
• Implement infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Support CI/CD pipelines and developer workflow automation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform, deployment, and configuration issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of DevOps experience supporting containerized and Kubernetes production systems.
• 4+ years of experience with AWS, CI/CD, and developer workflow automation.
• 3+ years of experience with Kubernetes deployment and GitOps tools (Helm, Flux, Argo CD).
• Experience with cloud and network security architecture (IAM, least privilege, RBAC, secrets management, boundary protection).
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: EC2, S3, SQS, SNS, RDS, DynamoDB, KMS, SSM, ELB, VPC, Route53.
• Experience with AWS multi-account strategies (AWS Organizations, AWS Control Tower, or Landing Zone Accelerator).
• Proven experience leading and mentoring junior Software or DevOps Engineers.
• Familiarity with IaC tools such as Terraform, AWS CDK, or AWS CloudFormation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with service mesh and policy tools: Istio, Kyverno.
• Observability and monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, Splunk.
