Description

You will own the development and scaling of platform systems and services for a large-scale Ruby on Rails application.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale platform infrastructure and services.
• Implement complex systems and provide accurate technical estimates.
• Conduct code reviews and lead technical demos.
• Advocate for and enforce best practices in unit testing, automation, and code quality.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience as a Lead Software Engineer.
• Expertise in Ruby, Go, or C++.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and development best practices.
• Demonstrated knowledge of scalability, high availability, and concurrency.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum or similar methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
