You will lead the engineering and administration of the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the ServiceNow Platform, including configuration, customizations, and day-to-day administration.
Design, develop, and implement new features and functionalities within ServiceNow to enhance business processes.
Collaborate with business teams to meet requirements and implement technical solutions.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions for system availability.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design diagrams and process flows.
Required Skills
7+ years of experience supporting implementation, administration, configuration, and development on the ServiceNow platform in medium or large enterprises.
3+ years of experience with ServiceNow workflows or Flow Designer.
Experience with ServiceNow out-of-box applications such as APO, ITSM, ITOM, CSM, CMDB.
Proficiency in ServiceNow, Automation, and Scripting.
Experience contributing to and leading projects following Agile methodologies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification required.
