Description

You will own the maintenance and operational health of the platform infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Cribl platforms across development, test, and production environments.
• Monitor platform health and performance, troubleshooting issues and implementing proactive fixes for high availability.
• Manage security and access controls, including LDAP/SSO integration and certificate management.
• Perform upgrades, patches, and configuration changes following established change management processes.
• Automate operational tasks using scripting and configuration management tools, while providing L2/L3 support and on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of platform support experience specifically with Cribl administration.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting.
• Proficiency in Shell scripting.
• Experience managing security controls, including LDAP/SSO integration.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools.
• Experience performing platform upgrades and patch management.
