Description

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of business analytics dashboards, converting raw data into actionable insights. You will direct the team and ensure data accuracy through rigorous monitoring and incident resolution.

Responsibilities

• Design data models and interactive Power BI dashboards that translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Identify and monitor KPIs to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Develop Power BI scripts and perform detailed data analysis using SQL querying.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely report refreshes while investigating application incidents and deploying remedies.
• Provide direction and mentorship to other Power BI analysts.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience using Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams.
• Medium to advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Ability to document data using algorithms, parameters, models, and relational explanations.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize requests and manage work schedules.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
