Description

You will lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise-level Power BI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise-level Power BI dashboards.
• Build fiscal-year calculations, expenditure rollups, and audit-ready reporting solutions.
• Design and implement monthly snapshot architecture, including backend schemas and workflows.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure delivery of high-quality, production-ready dashboards.
• Partner with stakeholders to create and maintain technical documentation, data definitions, and a data dictionary.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing Power BI solutions.
• 3+ years of experience creating technical documentation.
• 1+ year of project management experience.
• 1+ year of data modeling experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Graphic design experience for polished, user-centric dashboards.
